Chandigarh Housing Board (CHB) amid its executive meeting on March 2 propelled “Tatkal Service” for all exchange instances of private property by charging a measure of Rs 50,000, Rs 40,000, Rs 30,000 and Rs 20,000 under HIG, MIG, LIG and EWS classifications, separately.
Further, the CHB had chosen to extend the Tatkal Service office to allottees of business property by charging a measure of Rs 1,00,000 for accommodation shops/little corners and Rs 2,00,000 for narrows shops/shop-cum-pads.
In the four decades old history of CHB, the principal business property that is corner number 17, Sector 49-A, has been exchanged under the tatkal Service on Friday. CHB has earned Rs 1,28,20,000 for exchange of private property and Rs 5,00,000 for exchange of business property under tatkal administration till date. The corner cove 17 was tranferred for Rs 1 lakh.
