Premia Group requires Sales professional, with Real Estate/ BFSI experience, for NOIDA &
GURGAON projects. Incentive structure is one of the best in the Industry.
Key Activities of this profile:
• Identifying Potential Channel Partners on a continuous basis
• Nurturing channel partners for better performance
• Train and motivate brokers to provide a better understanding of market/products
• Monitor and review brokers performance and helping them in achieving maximum
business
• Monitoring activities of team members (AVP level only)
• Tracking invoicing and billing of channel partners
Compensation: 2.5 to 10 lakhs P.A. (CTC), as per profile of the applicant Please apply with subject line: PPL/SALES/LIN

Desired Skills and Experience
UG – Any Graduate – Any Specialization.
Minimum of 2+ Years of Experience in Channel Sales of Real Estate/ BFSI industry only.
Should have experience in both Commercial and Residential sales in DELHI/NCR markets
Age group 20- 35 years
