We are looking for a Specialist in Corporate Real Estate and Facility function who would be a single point of contact to Corporate Real Estate & Facilities department”s (CRE&F) internal customers for all services provided by CRE&F. Act as liaison between occupants and CRE&F service providers to ensure delivery of services per MSA. Communicate schedules, budget, delivery solutions for CRE&F services and provide on-site monitoring of service delivery and provide feedback to service providers for continuous improvement.

Align CRE&F operations with customer objectives
Gather information from occupancy-at-large and key customers for all phases of the planning process (workplace and portfolio) including staffing plans, business development strategies, technology enhancement, and workforce mobility
Ensure prompt resolution of all customer- and property-related issues
Advocate for all CRE&F initiatives and strategies
Monitor capital projects
Monitor operating budget for all properties within area of responsibility
Monitor and drive occupancy metrics to target goals
Track overall service performance through established KPIs
Ensure all workplace solutions fall within master plan and workplace strategies
Manage India Client Prime position holder (CRE&F staff position)
Monitor CafÃƒÂ© services Operations in India Sites
Monitor Staff Transport solutions in India Sites
Building occupants including senior leadership on-site
CBRE and other Service providers to coordinate services and identify opportunities to improve service delivery
Landlord property managers as escalation point for general building services
Infrastructure services including information technology, human resources, procurement, and accounting
Limited to adjustments to existing standards or delivery schedules
Decisions are constrained by annual budgets, project schedules, milestones, and methodologies
Decisions are reviewed for soundness but generally accepted
Manages situations involving multiple business functions and infrastructure delivery groups involving unplanned growth, organization changes, and aggressive delivery schedules
Problems are solved within the context of overall strategic direction set by senior leadership and adhere to corporate standards and guidelines
Able to prepare and present proposals to management

In depth knowledge of all MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook and SharePoint).
Pertinent geographic Project Management experience to address complex business requirements utilizing Project Management software a plus.
Capacity to develop a clear understanding of the business needs and financial and business processes and translate them into relevant data queries to inform direction and strategy.
Proven ability to gather requirements from internal customers to understand the context and business needs driving requests.
Experienced working in a corporate real estate environment preferred.
Ability to multi-task, follow through and re-prioritize efficiently.
Ability to develop effective working relationships and communicate confidently and effectively both internally and externally with all levels of management, as well as suppliers and third-party consultants or agencies.
