More prominent Noida and Yamuna Expressway powers have chosen to offer a pardon plan for defaulting developers in their regions. Noida had offered a comparative plan to its developers prior this month.
As per authorities, Greater Noida allottees settling on the offer will be given a rescheduled installment arrangement. Defaulting allottees will be given a window of respite till January 31, 2016, on the off chance that they paid 25% of their remarkable duty. In the YEIDA territory, property proprietors will need to pay 15% of their extraordinary levy. In Noida, defaulting allottees have been offered a three week relief, till December 31, on the off chance that they pay 20% of their extraordinary duty.
Noida Authority needs to recuperate a remarkable measure of about Rs 14,000 crore from more than 500 defaulters, though Greater Noida Authority and YEIDA have t recoup Rs 7,400 crore and Rs 600 crore separately.
On the off chance that allottees still don’t pay the contribution, authorities said stricter move would be made against them. “We won’t just issue lease deed cancelation sees, we can even seal or seize their properties, other than gathering further fines,” the authority said.
