Follow up with existing clients for commercial , industrial & residential requirements .
Networking with Developers, Corporates, investors and landlords
Should be able to implement the process for transaction management seamlessly for the client and execute transactions – land acquisition, land disposition, structure Joint development of land between landlord and developer, commercial office leasing , lease of factory, lease of warehouse space etc.
Interact with government departments related to land allotment to secure land for clients as per their requirement. ( Industrial , warehouses etc ) .
Work on Proposals to secure new business
Tracking availability of land , commercial & industrial properties on Sale.
Strategise negotiations with clients & other party
Financial Analysis and advise clients on structuring of the transaction
Build and manage client relationship and create pipeline for business.
Customize service offering to meet client expectations
