Occupants have offered final offer to Huda to determine the issue by April 17 or else they will go on challenge from April 18 and even document hatred request before Punjab and Haryana high court. New Palam Vihar occupants are requesting for interchange plots in segment 110A.
On Wednesday MCG Councilor Rishiraj Rana alongside occupants of New Palam Vihar met Huda chairman Hardeep Singh and gave him final proposal to apportion plots by April 17 or else they will begin dissent from April 18 outside the Huda office.
Rana said on the appeal of New Palam Vihar’s occupants, Punjab and Haryana high court had coordinated Huda to give exchange plots to oustees of Dwarka interstate. “Huda had given oath in court promising to give interchange plots to oustees in part 110A, from that point forward one year had passed and individuals are as yet sitting tight for designation of substitute plots,” he said including that individuals are getting just affirmation.
