A senior UDH official while conversing with said that in current situation, the state government demands 8 times of the lease cash, payable one an opportunity to give 99 years’ lease on private properties. “The law division has given a gesture on today. Once executed, it will expand the income of the state from these properties.” the authority said.
The UDH office prior too had sent the proposition of free hold lease to the account office. Be that as it may, the fund office raised numerous complaints on the proposition.
