One captured for “offering” Jaipur’s Rajmahal Palace land

Ashok Nagar police on today captured a man, Anand Shandilya, who purportedly sold a land parcel having a place with Rajmahal Palace deceitfully in conspiracy with others. The police have as of now captured the prime charged for the situation and said that the one captured on today was on the run. He was confined from Rambagh Gold Course and captured, police sources said.

DCP (south) Manish Agarwal said that the administrator of Rajmahal Palace enrolled a FIR with Ashok Nagar police headquarters on February 22 in such manner.

“The administrator, Rakesh Katara, said in the FIR that a real estate parcel in Rajmahal Palace claimed by previous maharaja of Jaipur was sold deceitfully. He said that one Rasheed Khan plotted with Anand Shandilya and sold the area to one Saurabh Gupta. Rasheed arranged fake records such that the area measuring almost 348 square yards had a place with him,” said the officer.

The officer said that Rasheed Khan and . Narendra Singh, an individual from recent illustrious family, came to think about the misrepresentation when he got a notification from the court.

“Sodala ACB Anil Singh Chauhan explored the case and found that a stamp arranged by the pack was without a doubt fake,” said the officer.

The police had captured Rasheed Khan. “Anand Shandilya was on the keep running subsequent to the FIR was enrolled. He was followed and captured on Monday. We have come to realize that land misrepresentation related bodies of evidence are enrolled against him with Delhi and different places additionally,” said the officer.
