Real Estate – Data Analyst

Description POSITION OVERVIEW:
Data operations & analysis for Real Estate Investment Products.
Real Estate Performance Analyst is associated with the IPD suite of Real Estate Investment Products. The job involves working with Global Private Real Estate Funds and will involve data collation, data quality checks, performance analysis and report generation. The role would largely involve working in the EMEA timings.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
4+ years of work experience in financial services operations/ service delivery function is required; any exposure to real estate markets would be a plus.
Bachelors in any finance or engineering related discipline are required; management degree is a plus.
Prior work experience in financial services is required; any exposure to real estate markets would be a plus.
Fundamental knowledge in accounting and finance is mandatory
Experience in process improvement & mentoring junior team members
Experience working in financial data intensive roles would be advantageous
Working knowledge of MS Excel skills (required) and knowledge of SQL skills (desirable)
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Confident and motivated to work in a global environment
Must be attentive to detail and willingness to learn and grow per the business goals
Ability to effectively work with diverse cultures in a global team; sensitivity and appreciation for diverse cultural norms/style
